Located at the heart of Jurong Gateway Master Planning area, the project is the first URA sale site in the new precinct, and has the potential to simultaneously exploit the planning vision and the development aspirations. The architectural concept of a multi-faceted microcosm harmonizes plans of urban connectivity and accessibility, memorable streetscapes and integrated landscaping.

With this approach, we envisage this end-result: an enclave of commercial and leisure activities nestled in a lush and green environment that is reminiscent of the larger context of Jurong Lake District.

Hence the architecture draws inspirations from its physical surroundings and the intensive life that springs from it. This approach has the benefit of offering people a multi-dimensional experience similar to that orchestrated by the master plan. Having no clear front or rear, the architecture is fully permeated and fully exposed. It therefore adopts a set of characters that complements one another as it surprises and delights.
