The design brief calls for a 350-room 4-star hotel with a modern building façade, which takes full advantage of the site prominent location. The building site is triangular in shape, and is located at the tip of a block between two main thoroughfares which promises a lot of opportunity due to its shape and location.
The tip of the site, being prominent and strategically located, gives the building a possibility of becoming a landmark that can be viewed far along the visual vista afforded by Tran Hung Dao Street. As such, it is envisioned to be the most vibrant and happening side in the whole hotel development. This corner is designed to have the main gathering places and prominent public spaces, as well as alfresco dining area from the ground floor to the pool deck level. The premium suites are also located at this corner to provide the best view to the occupants of these rooms.
Being sandwiched between 2 major thoroughfares, accessible is optimized by the provision of pedestrian public access on both sides of the building. These 2 roads are then linked along the western side of the plot providing a seamless vehicular traffic flow from the guest entrance, to the basement parking and out into Nguyen Cu Trinh Street.
To reduce operating cost, back of house facilities are located on the warmer western side of the plot, thus freeing up the cooler northeast side for the more important public areas and premium suites.
